At Hobby Stuff we love a good case, and this one is gorgeous! It is manufactured in PETG, with external measurements of 44.5 x 35.8 x 9.9 mm. It's a snug snap-fit with notches to pop it open once shut.
Hobby Stuff have redesigned the source design to incorporate vents so any heat can easily escape, and they look great! There is also an access hole beside the reset button. Our favorite part is the finish... it's almost sparkly and looks brilliant in our humble opinion! Note that the pins are not available directly through the base/top of the case.
We recommend inserting the ESP32 by USB port first. Also, when removing your snug-fitting ESP32 D1 Mini, please do not tug on any surface mounted components, as they can be delicate.
