It's adaptive!  It's mountable!  It's got you covered!

This case can expose the pins or have them covered.  Whichever way you want it, the case has got you covered!  It does this via both the top and bottom of the case being detachable.  Not only this, but it can also be mounted via internal screw threading points.

This case has been subject to masses of over-engineering and features:
  • PETG construction : making the case more heat resistant and tougher than others printed in PLA.
  • Wall mountable : with the base panel removed, screw holes are exposed for the case to be mounted to a surface (the two holes are 30mm apart and make a good fit for an M3 (3mm) bolt or small wood screw).
  • Air vents to dissipate the heat from your hard working ESP32.
  • Thumb notch to pop off the bottom panel, exposing the pins of your ESP32.
  • Wiring hole along one side to thread through external wiring or antenna for your project.
  • USB-Mini slot for easy access to power or computer connection.
  • Unique design : I designed this myself from scratch (over far far too many hours!).
  • Chunky : This case is a tough little thing with a 2mm outer wall.
  • Shimmering finish : this is my favorite part of it all.  The top and bottom surfaces look brilliant in my opinion.  They sparkle under the right light.
  • Slot along base when pins are exposed, with enough visibility to conveniently see your pin numbering (if your board has them).
Tell me more about the case:
The case is 3D printed in PETG.  It's snap fit with fingernail-notches to pop it open once shut.
  • External measurements (with base plate attached): 19 x 39 x 56.5 mm.
  • External measurements (with base plate attached): 17 x 39 x 56.5 mm.
I recommend inserting the ESP32 by USB port first, getting it aligned with the USB slot in the case, as then it'll fit in correctly.  Note there is a circle on the inside of the lid which should rest against main aluminium square on your ESP32.  If mounted backwards, your module may rattle inside.

Are the parts new?
